A Soldier from the 540th Quartermaster Company, 45th Sustainment Brigade, 8th Theater Sustainment Command, performs sit-ups during a physical fitness competition June 16 at Kahuku Training Area. The training was part of a three day field training exercise that was meant to help the shower, laundry and clothing specialists fine tune their specific skill sets and practice their warrior tasks and drills. The unit must be prepared at all times to deploy and provide support services anywhere in the world.
