Sailors assigned to the frigate USS Carr lower bales of seized cocaine on to the ship's rigid hull inflatable boat to transfer to the Venezuelan navy frigate General Soublette. The transfer included the captured high-speed vessel, more than one ton of cocaine and two suspected drug smugglers. Carr is deployed to conduct counter illicit trafficking operations for Joint Interagency Task Force-South.
