MAC (SW/AW) Carrie Wesby, a member of the Naples Area Chief Selectees, reads a war-time broadcast about the battle of Monte Cassino in Italy, Aug. 29. The Naples area Chief Selectees are learning about the Monte Cassino battle campaign and the challenges leaders face during war time. During the 2010 Induction Season, the Naples area chief petty officers have incorporated military heritage training into the curriculum for the Chief Selectees in order to pass along the importance of history and being the caretakers of that history.
