U.S. Army Command Sgt. Maj. Nicolino Parisi, 21st Signal Brigade, presents Spc. Evan D. Marcy, 55th Signal Company (Combat Camera), with a personal note from Signal Corps Regimental Command Sgt. Maj. Thomas Clark during a ceremony in his honor at McGill Community Activity Center on Fort Meade, Md., Sept. 1. Marcy was awarded the Purple Heart Medal, the Joint Service Commendation Medal, and the Combat Action Badge for his service in support of Operation Enduring Freedom in Afghanistan.
