Cattle are herded into a cattle chute where service members from the 360th Civil Affairs Brigade Functional Specialty Team and Tanga animal healthcare professionals will examine and treat them during a veterinary civic action project in a rural village in Tanga, Aug. 21, 2009. This is the final phase of Operation Honest Talon, a three-phase VETCAP sponsored through the collaborative efforts of Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa, the Tanzanian government and the U.S. Embassy in Tanzania.
