U.S. Staff Sgt. Bryan Booher cuts the ribbons at the Mickelson Bridge Ribbon Ceremony at Custer State Park, S.D. The bridge was renovated in support of the Golden Coyote training exercise training June 15, 2015. Golden Coyote is a three phase, scenario-driven exercise conducted in the Black Hills of South Dakota and Wyoming.
