Soldiers from B Company, 175th Infantry Regiment, Maryland Army National Guard, practice riot-control techniques at the Fifth Regiment Armory, Baltimore, May 1, 2015. These Soldiers are part of a Quick Reaction Force that trains to be able to gear up and respond to crises at a moment's notice. The Maryland National Guard was activated in late April and early May to assist local law enforcement with peacekeeping operations while unrest continued in Baltimore.
