U.S. Marines with the 15th Marine Expeditionary Unit watch as an MH-60S Sea Hawk transports mail and supplies to the USS Essex (LHD 2) during a replenishment-at-sea in the South China Sea, June 14, 2015. These combat cargo Marines were responsible for moving the mail and supplies from the flight deck into the rest of the ship. The USS receives fuel and supplies at sea in order to continue its mission without stopping forward progress as they transition to their 5th Fleet area of responsibility.
