Gregory Vadnais (right) and We Are Near Children’s Rehabilitation Center founder and director, Dr. Andra Greitane (center) discuss options for winterizing the Riga, Latvia facility that provides services to young children with cerebral palsy. As part of the National Guard Bureau State Partnership Program, Michigan and Latvia have been training and working together in many different ways since 1993.
