Paul Siemucha June 5 at the Camp Foster Theater. Siemucha served as the barracks manager of building 2610 on Camp Hansen from October 2013 to April, 2015. Marine Corps Installations Pacific General Facilities Housing and Billeting office has started a program to recognize their local barracks managers for their hard work. The office hopes the awards program will be adopted regionally, and eventually by the Marine Corps at large. Monreal is the assistant chief of staff for MCIPAC GF.
