U.S. Air Force Airman 1st Class James Salazar, 27th Special Operations Contracting Squadron contracting specialist, negotiates a contract with opposing forces players posing as local entrepreneurs as part of an exercise June 9, 2015, at Melrose Air Force Range, N.M. During the exercise, finance and contracting air commandos received financial training and practiced managing contracts and contract personnel in a contingency environment.
