Randal Baumgardner, an avionics technician with Marine Medium Tiltrotor Squadron 263 (Reinforced), 22nd Marine Expeditionary Unit, and native of Quinlan, Texas, places loose bolts in a tool box while working to remove a rotor head from an MV-22B Osprey at Udairi Army Airfield, Kuwait, Aug. 21, 2009. The 22nd MEU is ashore to conduct sustainment training while serving as the theater reserve force for U.S. Central Command.
