U.S. Air Force Maj. Neil Harlow, with the 153rd Airlift Wing, gives an aircraft commander’s briefing to Airmen assigned to the 38th Rescue Squadron out of Moody Air Force Base, Ga., and aircrew from the Wyoming Air National Guard’s 153rd Airlift Wing June 7, 2015, prior to take off aboard a C-130 Hercules aircraft at Davis-Monthan Air Force Base, Ariz. The aircraft commander’s briefing was given to ensure the flight crew was informed and in sync for their upcoming mission.
