U.S. Marines with Combat Logistics Battalion 26, 26th Marine Expeditionary Unit, apply simulated first aid and secure a simulated patient to a litter during a mass casualty training exercise at Combat Town aboard Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, N.C., June 3, 2015. Marines and sailors with CLB 26 performed casualty assessment, applied first aid and transported the simulated casualties to a landing zone.
