Petty Officer 3rd Marisa Moe and Petty Officer 2nd Class Matthew Masten, both crewmembers aboard the U.S. Coast Guard Cutter Kathleen Moore, mount a .50 caliber machine gun as the cutter prepares to get underway for a gunnery exercise June 4 during Tradewinds 2015. The combined, joint U.S. Southern Command-sponsored exercise strengthens the capacity of Caribbean nations to respond to natural disasters, humanitarian crises and counter transnational organized crime.
