Kevin LaConte, a communications team chief for AFRICOM’s Joint Communications Support Element, set up a communications satellite on the roof of a former prison the RAF is using as a tactical operations command post June 3 on the Spanish Legion base, Alvarez de Sotomayor, Almeria, Spain.
