WILLIAMSBURG, Va. (June 1, 2015) - Reserve component Sailors with Navy Cargo Handling Battalion 8 (NCHB 8) program their Harris RF 310 multi band radio during Basic Field Communications Radio Operator Lab. NCHB 8 is currently completing Unit Level Training (ULT) in preparation for Unit Level Training and Readiness Assessment (ULTRA) at Navy Expeditionary Logistics Support Group (NAVELSG).
