WILLIAMSBURG, Va. (June 1, 2015) - Aviation Boatswain's Mate 1st Class Jameche Frazier observes securing top net procedures of Navy Cargo Handling Battalion 8 (NCHB 8) reserve component personnel during air cargo operations training. NCHB 8 is currently completing Unit Level Training (ULT) in preparation for Unit Level Training and Readiness Assessment (ULTRA) at Navy Expeditionary Logistics Support Group (NAVELSG).
