Combat medics assigned to 2nd Squadron, 2nd Cavalry Regiment and the Romanian Land Forces, provide additional medical care to patients after transporting them from a makeshift battlefield to their Aid Station during Sarmis '15 Casualty Evacuation Training at the Cincu Training Area, Romania, May 30, 2015.
