    The Coast Guard seized a Mexican fishing boat with four Mexican nationals in the waters off South Texas Wednesday, May 27, 2015. At 1 p.m., a Station South Padre Island boat crew aboard a 45-foot law enforcement boat interdicted a lancha four miles north of the U.S./Mexico maritime border and 25 miles offshore.
