A Romanian first lieutenant shows U.S. Marines with Black Sea Rotational Force shelters and mountaineering skills during Platinum Lynx, May 4, 2015. Platinum Lynx is a two-week exercise with the British Royal Marine Commandos, Romanian Mountain Brigade, and U.S. Marine Corps.
