Medics from the 1st Air Cavalry Brigade, 1st Cavalry Division, Multi-National Division-Baghdad, approach a UH-60 Black Hawk medevac helicopter from the side to load a simulated litter patient onto the aircraft during a training event for loading litters, here, Aug. 14. The medics are training to move in sync with each other without having to verbally communicate while the noise of the engines roar overhead.
