Under the swiftly moving rotor blades and the roar of the engines above, medics from the 1st Air Cavalry Brigade, 1st Cavalry Division, Multi-National Division-Baghdad, load a litter onto a UH-60 Black Hawk medevac helicopter, here, Aug. 14. The training was conducted so the medics understand how to effectively move and communicate under the noise of the aircraft with minimal effort.
