ATLANTIC OCEAN (May 23, 2015) Sailors, from the amphibious assault ship USS Wasp (LHD 1), and Marines, from Marine Fighter Attack Squadron 121 (VMFA-121) and Marine Fighter Attack Training Squadron 501 (VMFAT-501), fish off the Wasp well deck. Wasp, with VMFA-121 and VMFAT-501, is underway conducting the first phase of operational testing (OT-1) which will evaluate the full spectrum of F-35B measures of suitability and effectiveness in an at-sea environment.
