STATEN ISLAND, New York (May 23, 2015) - Quartermaster 3rd Class Greg Flippin gives a tour of the USS Stout (DDG 55) to visitors during Fleet Week New York 2015. Stout, USS Barry (DDG 52), and USCGC Sturgeon Bay (WTGB 109) are open to the public for tours at the Staten Island pier during the event. Fleet Week New York, now in its 27th year, is the city's time-honored celebration of the sea services. It is an unparalleled opportunity for the citizens of New York and the surrounding tri-state area to meet Sailors, Marines, and Coast Guardsmen, as well as witness firsthand the latest capabilities of today’s maritime services.
