150519-N-RK891-012 PENSACOLA, Fla. (May 19, 2015) Rear Adm. Mike White, commander, Naval Education and Training Command (NETC), talks with Maj. Gen. Ahmed Elmoataz Hedayet, chief, American-Egyptian Relations Branch, Egyptian Army, about the quality of training the Egyptian Armed Forces personnel are receiving through NETC commands. Maj Gen. ElMoataz led a group of five senior Egyptian Army officers from several Egyptian military agencies responsible for training, who were visiting facilities where their officers attend training, including the Naval School Explosive Ordnance Disposal, Eglin AFB, Fla. and the Naval Education and Training Security Assistance Field Activity (NETSAFA) International Training center (NITC) in Pensacola. "Training and working together is critical to building partnerships," White said. Maj. Gen.
