Rodney Waggstaff, landing safety officer from the "Saberhawks" of Helicopter Maritime Strike Squadron (HSM) 77, directs an MH-60R from the landing safety officer platform as it takes off from the flight deck of the Ticonderoga-class guided-missile cruiser USS Antietam (CG 54).
