Air Force Maj. Randy Metzger explains testing procedures before students take their final exam for the Dynamics of International Terrorism course May 15 at the Camp Foster Theater. Metzger, the director, is responsible for bringing the course to MCB Camp Butler. “The most difficult part of bringing the course to Okinawa is the distance from the United States,” explained Metzger. “It’s very important that we get people this training.” The DIT course, offered by U.S. Air Force Special Operations School, educates service members and master labor contractors on the fundamentals of local and global terrorism and raises awareness.
