Gunnery Sgt. Matthew L. Frisvold inspects a telephone at Ordnance Maintenance Battalion, July 30. Frisvold joined the Marine Corps, July 3, 1995, and went through boot camp at Marine Corps Recruit Depot San Diego. He is the logistical readiness evaluation analyst and alpha table of authorized material control number commodity manager. He provides the entire 1st Marine Logistics Group with all new up-to-date equipment, such as satellites, computers and telephones. He also plays many sports, although his favorite sport is softball. He plays for a civilian team called 'IGH' which stands for 'It's Gonna Happen.' The team started six months ago and plays games in Southern California, Arizona, and Nevada.
