Kathy Gurchiek with the Society for Human Resources Management watched the Air Force KC-135R Stratotanker refuel a Boeing E-3 Sentry AWACS aircraft through a window at the boom operator dock below the refueling aircraft. Gurchiek participated in the “Boss Lift” hosted by the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR) at Joint Base Andrews May 14.
