Leopold Karanikolas, a Las Vegas native, United States Military Academy, West Point, 2002 graduate and incoming 314th Combat Sustainment Support Battalion commander, in a change of command ceremony at the George W. Dunaway Army Reserve Center in Sloan, Nev., May 17.
