GULF OF ADEN (May 13, 2015) -- Gunner's Mate 2nd Class Ell Ash, front, from Jacksonville, Fla. and Gunner's Mate 2nd Class Edward Ehrhard, from Florissant, Mo. test a MK 38 25mm chain gun during a live fire event aboard the dock landing ship USS Fort McHenry (LSD 43). Fort McHenry is a part of the Iwo Jima Amphibious Ready Group (ARG), and, with the embarked 24th Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU), is deployed in support of maritime security operations and theater security cooperation efforts in the U.S. 5th Fleet area of operations.
