Sgt. Shanawaz Nabi Zada, Afghan Air Force loadmaster, briefs Afghan National Army soldiers prior to loading them on a C-130H1 Hercules, Camp Bastion, Afghanistan, May 19, 2014. As a loadmaster, Nabi Zada is responsible for briefing Afghan passengers on safety, enforcing in-flight standards and evenly distributing weight throughout the aircraft.
