Rigoberto Felix, a member of the Special Response Team with the Marine Corps Police Department aboard Marine Corps Logistics Base Barstow, fires a Colt M45A1 1911 pistol on the move behind an obstacle during a shooting competition hosted by Barstow Police Department at a range in Barstow, May 8. The competition included teams of five shooters each from BPD, MCLB, California Highway Patrol, San Bernardino Probation, and San Bernardino County Sheriff Deputies, who each competed for spots within their own departments in order to partake in the competition.
