U.S. Army officers from the S.C. Army National Guard listen to instruction by Capt. Jamie Hemmingway, maintenance officer in the 218th Maneuver Enhancement Brigade, S.C. Army National Guard, while attending an Executive Officer training course spearheaded by the 218th MEB at the McCrady Training Center, Eastover, S.C., May 3, 2015. The course was newly developed by the 218th MEB to assist young commissioned officers learn the roles and responsibilities of being an Executive officer at the company and battalion level, which include managing personnel, maintenance , and logistics programs in the organization.
