The 10th Army Air and Missile Defense Command, command team visited our Soldiers in Turkey, April 30 for a joint barracks ribbon cutting ceremony. A joint formation filled with 11th Missile Defense Detachment Soldiers, the Turkish Air Force, Headquarters and Headquarters Company 1st Battalion, 503rd Infantry Regiment Soldiers, and DoA Contracting Agencies waited in suspense for the opening of the Joint Barracks. The new barracks will house up to 220 Soldiers, including Turkish Air Force personnel. The barracks will support U.S. and Turkish Air Force Soldiers conducting 24-hour operations on site.
