Staff Sgt. Derek Dobell, a combat medic with the 396th Combat Support Hospital, 807th Medical Command (Deployment Support) provides students a block of instruction on the Kendrick Extrication Device during a Army Specialized Training Program located at Fairchild Air Force Base, Wash., April 27-May 2.
