The 12th CSH medics familiarize themselves with the electrocardiogram machine and other field equipment during the Skills Fair on April 16 during the live surgical exercise at Miesau Ammo Depot. Thirteen stations were set up throughout the hospital and competencies were validated as they went through these stations. The other skills stations were on blood transfusion, nasogastric tubes, rapid fluid infuser and hyperthermia pump, arterial blood gas, forced air warming blanket, triple channel intravenous pump, feeding pump, X-ray documentation, patient controlled analgesia pumps, lab forms, chest tubes and intravenous placement.
