(April 16, 2015) – Fire Controlman 3rd Class Lawrence Batcheller learns how to operate the Rolling Airframe Missile (RAM) launching system remote controller from a Huntington-Ingalls Industries shipbuilding employee as part of an operability test. Testing of the RAM launching system is one of many milestones in preparation for the commissioning of USS Gerald R. Ford (CVN 78).
