Philippine air force paratroopers perform static line jumps over Basa Air Base, Philippines, from a U.S. Air Force C-130H Hercules, 36th Airlift Squadron, Yokota Air Base, Japan, during a bilateral training mission as part of Exercise Balikatan 2015 April 24. During the mission, about 40 U.S. and Philippine personnel from the C-130H in order to maintain proficiency and build Philippine-U.S. integration capabilities.
