Luke O’Banion, 51st Operations Support Squadron Survive, Evade, Resist and Escape specialist, hooks his parachute to the inside of a C-130H Hercules from the 36th Airlift Squadron, Yokota Air Base, Japan, alongside Philippine air force paratroopers from the 710th Special Operations Wing during a bilateral training mission as part of Exercise Balikatan 2015 over the Philippines April 24. Balikatan, an annually conducted exercise in the Philippines, helps the U.S. and the Philippine Armed Forces maintain a high level of readiness while enhancing military-to-military relations and combined combat capabilities.
