    Exercise Balikatan       

    U.S. Air Force Staff Sgt. Luke O’Banion, 51st Operations Support Squadron Survive, Evade, Resist and Escape specialist, hooks his parachute to the inside of a C-130H Hercules from the 36th Airlift Squadron, Yokota Air Base, Japan, alongside Philippine air force paratroopers from the 710th Special Operations Wing during a bilateral training mission as part of Exercise Balikatan 2015 over the Philippines April 24.
