The 416th Theater Engineer Command's Spc. Denis Noncarrow, (114) from Celina, Texas, nips at the heels of 412th TEC's Sgt. Brian Cope, (62) from Trenton, N.J., as they compete in the Army physical fitness test. The 36 U.S. Army Reserve Soldiers from the 412th and 416th TECs converged at Fort McCoy, Wis., April 25-29 to represent their command in the 2015 Combined TEC Best Warrior Competition.
