Philippine Marine Pvt. Arjel Fabrigas controls the crane on a MKR-15 wrecker truck as U.S. Marine Cpl. Clinton Cooper watches him move a 20-ton container at Crow Valley, Philippines, during Exercise Balikatan 2015, April 23. This is the first time Fabrigas has operated a MKR-15. The training provided junior Philippine Marines an opportunity to work hands-on with U.S. Marines and their equipment. Learning one another’s logistical equipment capabilities increases the combined capabilities of the nations’ militaries and better prepares them for future humanitarian aid operations. Cooper is a wrecker chief currently assigned to Combat Logistic Battalion 4, Combat Logistics Regiment 3, 3rd Marine Logistics Group, III Marine Expeditionary Force. Fabrigas is a motor transportation operator assigned to Motor Transportation and Maintenance Battalion, Service Support Brigade. (Marine Corps Photo by Cpl. Joey S. Holeman, Jr./ Released)
