    Petty Officer 2nd Class Herbmark Rufin, inspects the propeller of an E-2C Hawkeye, assigned to the "Black Eagles" of Airborne Early Warning Squadron 113, on the flight deck of the aircraft carrier USS Ronald Reagan. Squadron mechanics complete a thorough inspection of an aircraft prior to its launch. Ronald Reagan is currently deployed in the U.S. 5th Fleet area of operations. Operations in the U.S. 5th Fleet area of operations are focused on reassuring regional partners of the United States' commitment to security, which promotes stability and global prosperity.
