This exercise is just one part of self defense course held during the Divisions Sexual Harassment/Assault Awareness Response and Prevention Self Defense Course held here as part of the 3rd ID’s efforts to raise awareness and prevention of sexual harassment and assault during the Sexual Assault Awareness and Prevention Month. The course was made available to any and all who wanted to attend, and focused on teaching critical moves to stop unwanted advances, break contact from aggressors, and get out of dangerous situations.
