A Soldier from the 3rd Infantry Division practices the ball buster here at Jordan Gym, April 16. The ball buster is just one self defense technique learned during the Divisions Sexual Harassment/Assault Awareness Response and Prevention Self Defense Course held here as part of the 3rd ID’s efforts to raise awareness and prevention of sexual harassment and assault during the Sexual Assault Awareness and Prevention Month. The course was made available to any and all who wanted to attend, and focused on teaching critical moves to stop unwanted advances, break contact from aggressors, and get out of dangerous situations.
