Petty Officer 3rd Class Hunter Zebley, casualty control point team leader, 1st Battalion, 5th Marine Regiment, applies bandages to a role-player with notional head injuries during a foreign humanitarian assistance exercise at Kiwanis Park, Yuma, Ariz., as part Weapons and Tactics Instructor Course 2-15, April 17.
