David Blair, a second year participant of Skills USA Oregon, hosted by the 3670th Component Repair Company, Oregon Army National Guard, puts the first nails into his structure during his carpentry competition April 17-18, 2015 at 41 Infantry Division Armed Forces Reserve Center, Camp Withycombe, Clackamas, Ore., Oregon. Blair won gold medal in last year’s competition and continued on to nationals, placing 21 out of 44 while there.
