Mariah Starns, a fourth year contestant in the manufacturing program at Skills USA Oregon, which is hosted by the 3670th Component Repair Company, Oregon Army National Guard, presents her sculpture to the judges April 17-18, 2015, at 41st Infantry Division Armed Forces Reserve Center, Camp Withycombe, Clackamas, Ore. Mariah stated that over the course of four years she has learned many new techniques to improve her sculpting.
