Janey Ethington, a second year participant at Skills USA Oregon, hosted by the 3670th Component Repair Company, Oregon Army National Guard, presents her method on how to cook fat-kneaded biscuits April 17-18, 2015, at the 41 Infantry Division Armed Forces Reserve Center, Camp Withycombe, Clackamas, Ore. Ethington had a time limit of five minutes and was graded on a range of criteria, including speech, organization and effectiveness by two Oregon National Guard Soldiers.
